Rule 40
Bhaipari coming and festival holidays
(1) Every year, the employee will be allowed to take six days of holiday and six days of festival leave, totaling twelve days.
(2) Employees who stay on holiday and festive holidays will get full salary.
(3) Holidays and festival holidays can be taken for half a day. Explanation :- For the purpose of this bye-law, "half day" means half of the daily office hours.
(4) The vacation and festival leave of one year cannot be accumulated and taken in the next year.
(5) On the basis of a verbal request, the authority granting leave may also grant approval for upcoming holidays and festival holidays.
